Refund Policy

At Onggi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you can try our Pro features with confidence.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Onggi Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@onggi.app with your account email
  • Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly Pro subscriptions:

  • Within 30 days of first payment: Full refund available
  • After 30 days: You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but we do not offer partial refunds for the current billing period

Yearly Subscriptions

For yearly Pro subscriptions:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund available
  • After 30 days: Prorated refund available upon request. We'll calculate the unused portion of your subscription and refund accordingly.

Free Trial

Onggi offers a 14-day free trial of Pro features for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial, so there's nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to Free at the end of the period
  • Your vocabulary and progress data will be preserved
  • If you exceed Free tier limits, you'll retain read-only access to your data

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
