By creating an account or using Onggi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Onggi is a Korean language learning platform that provides:

  • Vocabulary tracking and management
  • Integration with Anki for spaced repetition
  • Contextual learning from imported content
  • Progress analytics and statistics
  • Browser extension for web-based learning
  • Cloud synchronization across devices

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Onggi, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Onggi offers both Free and Pro subscription tiers:

  • Free: Limited features as described on our pricing page
  • Pro: Full access to all features for a monthly or yearly fee

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

Content you create or import (such as vocabulary lists) remains your property. By using Onggi, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Onggi integrates with third-party services like Anki. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onggi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
